The HVAC Construction project currently underway will improve our infrastructure and the comfort of our visitors, while also aligning with NYC Green laws and underscoring the Staten Island Children’s Museum’s commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.
While we are closed, Family, Family Plus, Just for Two and IDNYC SICM members have free entry at Brooklyn Children’s Museum, Liberty Science Center (Jersey City), New York Hall of Science and New York Transit Museum. Terms apply.
All Family and Family Plus members have access to over 270 participating institutions around the world in the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) Passport Program. To find eligible centers, please visit the ASTC Travel Passport Program Page, and select country and city. Centers within 90-miles of the SICM are excluded from the Program unless they mutually agree to welcome each other’s members.
Family Plus members can receive 50% off admission to all Association of Children’s Museum participating organizations. Please visit their website to find museums offering reciprocal admission.
We advise you to call in advance for details before visiting one of these museums or centers to check on their hours and rules for access.
