Tickets for admission should be reserved in advance to ensure access. We are doing contact-less scanning check-in for all guests. Please have your tickets available either printed or on your mobile device. As a backup, note your ticket numbers.
Members please be sure to bring your Membership Card and photo ID to the front desk when you arrive. If you do not have these items, you will need to re-book for another day/time slot.
We provide free or discounted tickets to our Corporate Members, Cool Culture families, Culture Connected pass holders and Adult EBT/SNAP card holders as well as visitors from other museums and science centers that are enrolled in the reciprocity programs of Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) and Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC). To book tickets under these programs and partnerships, please visit SICM in person with photo ID and the relevant card and we will provide you tickets for that day. We reserve a block of tickets for these partners to ensure there will always be access.
All tickets are non-refundable. If you purchased tickets in advance but become ill, we will honor your tickets when you have recovered. Please contact our Visitor Services Manager, Adunola Sonaike, at asonaike@sichildrensmuseum.org or (718) 273- 2060 x262 to reschedule due to illness. She is in the office Tuesday through Sunday.
Tickets will not be refunded if a visitor is asked to leave SICM because they do not comply with our Guidelines for Visiting or federal, state or local laws. We ask that you review the Guidelines for Visiting before purchasing tickets and share them with your family and guests prior to your visit.
Please note, for the safety of our visitors we do not allow children entry without adults and adults entry without children.
