Former North-American Irish Step Dance Championship winner Dawn Daniels will perform and lead a dance workshop at the Staten Island Children’s Museum on Sunday, March 5 at 4:00PM. The performance will include a rhythmic hard-shoe reel, a soft-shoe jig, and an interactive lesson about what makes Irish step dancing a unique form of dance. The workshop will be an opportunity for audience members to see costumes and musical instruments, hear a little bit of history, and have fun learning to dance with Irish music!
Included with admission.
